2018 Online Registrations are now open

With the seaosns sign-on events starting this weekend, the online registrations are now open at the RHA Registration Portal.

Reminder that all State and National registrations MUST be completed and paid online before particpiating in any fixtures.  The remainder of the 2018 fees payable to RHA will be invoiced for those members not attending the sign-on events, while memebrs attending sign-ons are welcome to finalise their RHA payments at sign-ons.

Redlands Gentle Dental Care as new Mouthguard provider

Redlands Hockey welcome on-board a new mouthguard provider in Redlands Gentle Dental Care and thank Mobile Mouthguards for the long-time support and wish them well in their new endeavours.

Through the partnership with Gentle Dental, RHA members will receive a discount business card to take to Gentle Dental and have your mouthguards prepared at their premises.

Costs involved are:

  1. $100 for each mouth guard (About an $85 discount for players) OR
  2. If you have private cover there will be no gap to pay

 

2018 Fees

The 2018 fees have been released for Redlands Hockey and still is the cheapest organised sporting competition in the Redlands.

Family Discounts apply where 3 or more family members participate

  • 10%   3 family members
  • 20%   4 or more family members

(Applies only to RHA fees, not HA/HQ or uniforms)

Volunteer Levy   $100 per family
(reimbursed at the end of the season if volunteering target met – 5 hours for individual player/10 hours per family)

Development Day Jan 2018

Redlands Hockey in conjunction with Ciriello's Coaching Academy present an opportunity for all goal keepers and players to hone and develop their skills from one of Australia's most respected National and Olympic representatives. These sessions are open to all hockey enthusiasts across South-east Queensland, although preference will be given to RHA members should places be in high demand.

The development day will be held on January 13 from 3.30 to 5.30 in 3 sessions.

  • Session 1 for Juniors
  • Session 2 for Seniors

Welcome to the website of Redlands Hockey Association Inc (RHA).

RHA is affiliated with Hockey Queensland and Hockey Australia and each Saturday from April to September play all games at Henry Ziegenfusz Park in Fitzroy St, Cleveland.  RHA has over 400 members and players in approx 30 teams across 7 age divisions juniors from 4 years to 17's (all mixed teams) as well as Senior Women’s and Senior Men’s.  We also visit many of our local schools and run hockey programs for the students, along with after school hooked in2 hockey programs during term 1 and term 4. Opportunities exist for players to represent RHA at State Championships and Carnivals throughout the year.  RHA prides itself on its ability to recruit, train and manage a strong volunteer base which is vital in running any non-profit organisation.

Rep Nominations

Nominations will formally be called for Redlands Hockey's 2018 representative teams approximately 8-10 weeks ahead of the respective State championships.  The following links will be activated once players have completed their 2018 registrations and therby able to complete their representative nominations.

Coaches, Managers and Officials are now called for all rep teams via the above links.
